On Sunday 7th July the teams at Fazenda took part in a departmental switch up, with the expert passadors swapping knives for cocktail shakers, and the floor team taking to the flames in the kitchen for Social Sunday.

All six restaurants, including their sister brand Picanha, saw a departmental shuffle during the Sunday evening service with all proceeds from food sales being donated to Hospitality Action. Established all the way back in 1837, the charity offers vital assistance to anyone working in hospitality in the UK who find themselves in crisis.

With Fazenda’s fantastic team work and enthusiasm on the evening, Manchester raised £4,600 with a total of all the restaurants raising an amazing £18,200! Congratulations to the team at Fazenda & Picanha!

Find out more over on Fazenda’s blog post and how to get involved on Hospitality Action’s website.
