This free taster session will provide attendees with an insight into Coaching & Mentoring, the ILM course that will be delivered and how developing these skills can benefit your career or organisation.
This FREE introductory session will:
- Provide a general overview of the Coaching & Mentoring process.
- Explain how creating a proactive Coaching & Mentoring culture can contribute to supporting effective organisational, team and individual success.
- Help recognise the benefits of Coaching & Mentoring as a learning and development tool.
- Enable attendees to develop and practise the core skills of listening and questioning used in Coaching & Mentoring.
This session will be facilitated by:
Maxine Rawlings lectures in human resource management practice at UCLan and has specific expertise in learning and development. She is an ILM accredited coach with over 12 years’ experience supporting managers and leaders at all levels in complex organisations and has delivered professional accredited courses for the CIPD and ILM.
David Opperman an experienced Executive Coach, who has coached clients from a variety of sectors and disciplines since the 1990’s, helping them to successfully develop their careers. His Executive Coaching style helps business professionals to develop their potential, achieve realistic ambitions and devise a strategy to achieve greater success.
