A PR and communications agency has won more than seven new property clients over the holiday period.
Roland Dransfield, based in Bonded Warehouse in Manchester city centre, has been appointed by businesses including Logik Developments, Praxis Holdings, Legal & General and Renaker Build.
Logik Developments has appointed Roland Dransfield to support the company’s current development portfolio, with a campaign including media relations and social media/content.
Roland Dransfield will represent Praxis – one of the most active investors in the UK commercial property market – by creating a bespoke placemaking and events strategy for tenants of Concord Business Park, situated in the heart of south Manchester and within minutes of Manchester Airport.
The Manchester agency also took a brief from Legal & General and recently launched the upscale West Tower skyscraper, part of the Deansgate Square development. The 140-metre tall BTR block in Manchester boasts best-in-class amenity, and Roland Dransfield was instructed to create a glittering launch party around a campaign titled “Superstar Living”.
Following the successful launch of West Tower, the team was approached by Renaker to handle the launch of South Tower – West Tower’s taller and more luxurious neighbour. The apartments are due to be brought to market this month, and Roland Dransfield will be providing a media relations campaign plus managing another exclusive launch party.
Currently under construction at the scheme are facilities including a gym, a spa, a cinema room, winter gardens, roof terraces and a 25-metre swimming pool with panoramic views across the city.
In addition, Roland Dransfield has secured new business from national property management company Mainstay Group, and Manchester’s first co-living scheme, Oppidan Life.
The agency will also be working with The English Cities Fund – a joint venture between urban regeneration specialist Muse Developments, Legal & General and Homes England – to support the launch of two residential schemes in Salford.
Managing Director of Roland Dransfield, Lisa Morton, said: “It’s great to see that a lot of very hard work over the summer by the RD team has paid off.
“Creating and nurturing purposeful relationships is at the heart of everything we do at Roland Dransfield – we look forward to developing these partnerships and delivering some brilliant results for our new clients.”
She added: “Whilst we have diversified in recent years – successfully moving into the sport, leisure, hospitality and lifestyle sectors, and winning some high profile new instructions which have really changed our business – property very much remains a core part of Roland Dransfield, so the team is excited to work on these fantastic real estate briefs with some of the biggest names in property.”
