Open and approachable property developer HUB, is set to become a pivotal part of Birmingham’s regeneration over the next 10 years

The open and approachable property developer is set to become a pivotal part of Birmingham’s regeneration over the next 10 years, with plans to develop the Adderley Street bus garage in Digbeth – benefitting and empowering the local community.

The West Midlands Growth Company aims to attract more investment, businesses, visitors, conferences and events to the region.

Damien Sharkey, Managing Director at HUB, commented: “Having undertaken more than 1,000 conversations with the community, forming genuine relationships with local people to help shape our plans, our exciting proposals are now being developed.

“For anyone interested in finding out more about how we’ll be providing people with new places to live, including a vibrant mix of creative, commercial, industrial, retail and leisure uses, they are invited to attend our upcoming open day in Digbeth on Friday 18th October.”

HUB’s open day is a free-to-attend drop-in for members of the public and businesses, taking place on Friday 18th October from 3-9 pm at Dig Brew Co., 43 River Street, Birmingham, B5 5SA.
