In an ever-changing world of ambiguity, uncertainty, and volatility, how can we take control, lead, and ultimately survive? This one-day session combines academic insights with peer learning and self-reflection.

The workshop is for leaders and aspiring leaders who want to make better business decisions and stay resourceful. You will be introduced to powerful tools and techniques, together with the opportunity for networking with like-minded individuals from businesses across Lancashire.
