Westrow, the award-winning Yorkshire-based salon group with nine salons across Yorkshire and an educational centre of excellence in Leeds, has announced that its award-winning Franchisee, Laura Procter, is now also heading up its first-ever lifestyle salon in Skipton, North Yorkshire.
Laura (known to her clients as Page), who is also Franchisee of the highly successful Westrow West Park salon is dynamic, driven and people-focused, and has a forward-thinking, directional approach, earning her the title of Franchisee of the Year at the 2012 British Hairdressing Business Awards.
Her immediate focus at the Skipton salon is to ensure Westrow’s customer service levels are maintained to support its sales growth, making certain that existing and new customers are given a first-class service in welcoming surroundings.
Laura has exciting plans for the future and plans to inject a new lease of life into the salon. This includes launching an exclusive new additional service menu of express beauty treatments, as well as working with local educational facilities to spread the word about a career in the industry and unearth the hairdressing stars of the future.
Westrow Skipton, which is located on Newmarket Street in the heart of the thriving town, originally opened its doors back in March 2017.
As the largest of all the Westrow salons, Westrow Skipton spans two floors and more than 2,500 sq ft of salon space – making it a welcome addition to the area.
With new salon manager, Sebastian McKenzie, at the helm, Westrow Skipton offers the full Westrow hair service, as well as a luxury lifestyle area for clients to experience the products and services on offer, from Revlon Professional and American Crew.
