New lettings at Liverpool property give Millfield Estates a roaring start to the new decade

Commercial property specialists Millfield Estates has secured two new lettings at its Yorkshire House property in Liverpool City Centre.

Commercial property specialists Millfield Estates has secured two new lettings at its Yorkshire House property in Liverpool City Centre, with financial advisors Elliot Fletcher and solicitors SPG Law coming through the doors this month.

Signing a five year lease, Elliot Fletcher will now occupy the 1,583 sq ft fourth floor (rear) office at £15 p.s.f, joining PR agency Jayne Moore Media, who themselves signed a lease renewal in late-2019.

With a presence already in London and the North West, SPG Law has taken the 2,313 sq.ft seventh floor office at £15 p.s.f, a move that will see the firm housed on Chapel Street until at least 2024.

Paul Dobson, property director for Millfield Estates, commented:

“These latest lettings have reinforced the demand for the superb accommodation that this building offers and the speed that both new tenants committed themselves to Yorkshire House is a testament to the quality of our current office space.

“Attracting tenants of the stature of Elliot Fletcher and SPG Law can only hold us in good stead moving forward as we continue to make upgrades to a property that has already undergone major refurbishment over the past 18 months.”

Tenants looking to move to Yorkshire House can take advantage of 3,000 sq.ft. suites on the First and Third Floors although given the demand for space they may not be available for long.

Millfield Estates were represented by CBRE and Worthington Owen on both transactions.
