Tast Catala are thrilled to announce their executive chef Paco Pérez will be hosting their second evening of culinary adventure with the amazing Albert Adrià.

Tast Catala are thrilled to announce their executive chef Paco Pérez will be hosting their second evening of culinary adventure with the amazing Albert Adrià.

Albert’s journey started at the three Michelin starred restaurant El Bulli spending 23 years alongside the world famous Ferran Adrià. He then opened Michelin Starred Tickets, Pakta and Hoja Santa in Barcelona. Also in Barcelona he has his latest gastronomic expression Enigma and traditional neighbourhood style restaurant Bodega 1900.

Albert Adriá is considered one of the most influential chefs of modern gastronomy and has extended overseas with the legendary Cake & Bubbles London, and Little Spain in New York.

Together Tast’s very own Paco Pérez and Albert Adrià have come together to bring guests an evening of brilliance.
