Downtown in Business partner Laing O’ Rourke have been chosen as the preferred developer to deliver Everton Football Clubs new stadium at Bramley Moore Dock.

Part of the Liverpool Waters scheme the £500m plus scheme is planned to be ready for the start of the 2023/24 season. Laing O’ Rourke have been the main contractor on a number of major Liverpool developments, including Liverpool ONE and Alder Hey Children’s Hospital.
