Birmingham business change consultancy, Entec Si, has had a successful start to 2020 with a major contract win and a number of new hires.
Following a competitive tender process, the business has secured a two-year framework contract with the National Lottery Community Fund framework. Funded by National Lottery players, the Fund provides much-needed financial support to local causes and communities across the UK.
Led by principal consultant Sue Johnson Gregory, Entec Si will be supporting the Fund on all aspects of project management delivery, focusing on areas such as IT, property, learning and development to deliver sustainable business change and cross-organisational transformation.
The consultancy has also begun 2020 with further team growth, with five hires being made across the business. Anna Taylor has joined the team as a principal consultant, Shaun Richards as a project coordinator and Sarah Frost as a resource manager. Additionally, both Charlotte Stanyer and Eilis Garton-Marrows have been appointed into project support roles.
Sue Johnson Gregory, principal consultant at Entec Si, commented, “This is an incredibly exciting time for Entec Si. The National Lottery Community Fund provides critical financial aid to a range of worthy projects and people across the UK and we’re extremely proud to be working alongside the Fund to help it continue its vital work over the coming two years.”
James Warrender, PMO manager at the National Lottery Community Fund, added: “Adopting an attitude of continuous improvement is key to maximising the impact of our work across the UK. We’re looking forward to collaborating with Entec Si to achieve this goal and improve many more lives in 2020 and beyond.”
