Our Brief
Following initial talks with DIB about developing a partnership with Franking Sense, we identified from visits to their office they were using another supplier for their current MFD. One of our Account Managers performed a site audit to understand the machine requirements and current contract situation so that we could provide a suitable proposal to replace the existing provision with a better solution.
The Solution
We recommended a new Ricoh IM C2500 MFD on a 5 year managed service contract, replacing their existing contract despite the fact that the existing contract still had time to run. The equipment was the latest technology from one of the worlds leading print manufacturers and showed a saving of 25% against the current cost. The proposal was agreed and the equipment was installed the same month by our field service delivery team.
