Common Purpose, the UK Chapter of the International Coach Federation (UK ICF), and Know You More have partnered to magnify the impact of the online UK101 Leadership Programme for young leaders across the UK, by providing free digital coaching sessions to the alumni of the programme.
The UK101 programme, developed by international leadership organization Common Purpose, is a new initiative launched in June 2020 that supports young people in the UK to develop their leadership skills. The free, interactive, online programme is open to 18-25 year olds and offers participants the chance to connect with each other and explore the UK101 leadership model, which was co-created with 1,000 young people. UK101 brings a fresh perspective to what it means to be a young leader with its focus on four interconnected leadership characteristics: radical, embracing, strategic and resilient.
Through this collaborative partnership, UK101 alumni are matched with a UK ICF credentialed coach through Know You More’s innovative platform. The coaching sessions support the young people to deepen their skills and confidence, and develop ideas on how they would like to take UK101 leadership skills forward in their lives.

These digital coaching sessions were offered free of cost to thirty alumni of the inaugural June UK101 cohort as a trial, to measure whether the coaching sessions successfully amplified the impact of the UK101 programme. Depending on the results of the trial, free UK101 coaching sessions may be extended to future UK101 cohorts as well.
