Civil and structural engineering firm, Sutcliffe, has announced over 10 new framework wins across the UK, with construction contracts in excess of £1 billion.
Sutcliffe is an expert team of multi-disciplinary chartered engineers, surveyors and geo-environmentalists who deliver from concept to completion and is a trusted name in the world of civil and structural engineering.
Recent framework wins include the awarding of the ForHousing Development Consultants Framework worth £70M. As part of this project, Sutcliffe will deliver structural engineering and ground investigation services on over 500 new homes across the North West. The work delivered through this framework will provide quality housing and support to local communities, having a positive impact on the lives of residents.
Additional framework wins include projects with South Yorkshire Housing Association, in which Sutcliffe is proud to have been appointed to its Structural Engineering Panel and is looking forward to working with the housing association and delivering new homes across the region; and with First Choice Homes New Living Development Consultants, where Sutcliffe will deliver over 700 housing units in the next four years throughout Oldham and Greater Manchester by providing civil and structural engineering services and technical and site management.
Sutcliffe has also been awarded a place on the £300,000 University of Sunderland’s framework as preferred suppliers for civil and structural engineering consultancy services. The framework is for an initial two years, with the potential for a two year extension. With Sutcliffe’s support, the university’s Estates Plan sets out the ambition to deliver an optimal estate that creates the best possible environment for learning and teaching as well as enhancing the student experience, providing a flexible, sustainable and efficient space for staff and students.
Building upon 10 new frameworks in 2023, Sutcliffe continues to breathe new life into heritage buildings, build stronger neighbourhoods and create inspiring and functional spaces across various other sectors including; housing, educational institutions, healthcare and extra care facilities, and public sector projects, earning the trust and respect of national contractors, architects and developers.
