Liverpool BID Company is a private, not-for-profit limited company, working on behalf of our 1,100 BID Levy Payers in Liverpool across three Business Improvement Districts; Culture & Commerce BID, Retail & Leisure BID and Accommodation BID.
Liverpool BID Company is fully compliant with the Industry Standards of The BID Foundation to ensure transparency, accountability, best practice and quality on the services provided. More information about the BID Industry Standards can be found here.
Liverpool’s three BIDs are overseen by three operating boards, one for Retail & Leisure BID, one for Culture & Commerce BID, and another for the Accommodation BID, who ensure that what’s delivered is in line with the business plan, they approve their BID budget and the main projects delivered by the BID Team. Both operating boards include members representing the sectors and areas present within each BID.
