About Morgan Sindall Construction

Morgan Sindall Construction is a national business with a network of local offices whose purpose is to create inspiring places that enhance the communities in which we all live, learn, work, play, care and protect. This means it’s not just about the buildings we construct, but the impact these places have on people’s lives, on a daily basis, right across the UK.

Our local offices are in Liverpool and Salford and the company employs around 160 talented people with a broad range of expertise. We pride ourselves on our collaborative approach which delivers great value and service to our customers.

In the past few years we have delivered some high-profile projects across the North West such as The Spine and the Novotel at Paddington Village in Liverpool’s Knowledge Quarter, The SEE Building (School of Science, Environment & Engineering) – a new hub for discovery and innovation and the North of England Robotics Centre, a Centre for Digital Innovation – both for the University of Salford, Copperas Hill, home to the student life and sports buildings, for LJMU and Grosvenor East Building, the home of Arts and Humanities for MMU. We have also recently delivered Gorton Community Hub for Manchester City Council, “Novella” a high end residential scheme at New Bailey in Salford, and two commercial offices schemes for Wirral Growth Company in Birkenhead.
