In his last blog of the year, Jim looks back on the most turbulent decade ever in British politics. It began with Gordon Brown determined to make Labour the natural party of power and ended with it looking unlikely they will ever be in power again.

This week Jim looks asks what is David Cameron going to say when he launches his memoirs next week? Jim points out that he walked away from the three and a half years of political mayhem that he created by calling an EU Referendum for narrow party reasons. Despite all this Jim thinks a deal before October 31 is possible.
