Fazenda Birmingham are proud to bring to you a taste of their South American homeland in their Terrazas Wine Dinner to celebrate their First Anniversary this November.

On Sunday 7th July the teams at Fazenda took part in a departmental switch up, with the expert passadors swapping knives for cocktail shakers, and the floor team taking to the flames in the kitchen for Social Sunday.

As part of Manchester Food & Drink Festival Fazenda’s Executive Chef, Fran Martinez has created an exclusive menu, ‘Orígenes’, which explores meats from South American roots and a selection of other hand-picked meats from around the world.

Fazenda staff take part in job swap for one night only in aid of Hospitality Action. The Social Sunday charity event which took place at all Fazenda restaurants raised over £18K for the charity.
