Social value developer Capital & Centric is seeking a contractor to work on the former Littlewoods Building in Liverpool. The building will become a media hub, attracting the best and brightest from across the North-West and beyond, and cement Liverpool’s place as the most prominent television and film production centre in the UK, outside of London.
