Everton in the Community have just launched their latest fundraising challenge ‘Move Through May’ in support of their life-changing and life-saving mental health work across the region. All funds raised will go directly into supporting this area of their work.

The Printroom enjoys new mezzanine floor creating factory expansion

The Printroom UK’s ongoing business success had meant their facility in Bootle was operating at maximum capacity and with an open plan design and lots of racking, the existing set up was no longer suitable for the business’s needs. The Printroom needed to create more space.
They came to the decision to refurbish their existing premises and create the additional space they needed by installing a mezzanine floor.

£76m spent in Liverpool’s food and drink in Q1

Next week Liverpool Restaurant Week begins. Running from 22-28 April over 75 venues are taking part with hundreds of offers for people to download and enjoy. 

The value of the sector to the city centre economy is laid bare in data from Liverpool BID Company (and platform Beauclair) which analyses UK spend data. 

Food and Drink is now the largest economic sector in the city centre, around 37%. UK card holders spent a whopping £76m in just three months in the city centre’s restaurants and bars.
