On April 22nd 2026 Downtown in Business hosted the Northern Power Towns Parliamentary Reception in Westminster, bringing together civic, business and political leaders to focus on the growth and regeneration of towns across the North.
On the day the Cheshire and Warrington Combined Authority held its first meeting,Downtown hosted a Westminster reception for Ministers, MPs and business leaders on the theme of devolution to Northern Power Towns.
