One of Liverpool’s most loved Café Bistros The Watering Can, situated on the outskirts of Greenbank Park, has submitted a planning application to extend their site within the boundary of the land that they lease by circa 70 sq. metres (roughly a ¼ of the size of a tennis court) over three distinct areas.

The Watering Can is one of the hottest places to indulge in some serious celebrity spotting.
