Colin Sinclair
Colin is the CEO of Knowledge Quarter Liverpool (KQ Liverpool), the vast urban innovation district which is home to some of the world’s most influential players in science, health, technology, education and culture, including the £1bn Paddington Village Development. He is also CEO of Sciontec Liverpool, the commercial spin out of KQ Liverpool, which operates Liverpool Science Park, manages Sensor City and is creating a world-leading innovation ecosystem across Liverpool City Region, including HEMISPHERE at Paddington Village, to help commercialise research and grow innovation-led businesses. He’s a Non Executive Director of the LCR Growth Platform and the University of Liverpool Maths School.

Donna Howitt
Donna Howitt is Place Strategy Director at Liverpool ONE following over 13 years leading the business’ marketing strategy, delivering year on year growth until 2020. She works across the business developing growth plans and strategic partnerships, including collaboration with local partners to drive the collective performance of the city. Donna chairs the Visitor Economy’s Marketing Steering Group and is a Trustee Director for the Community Foundation for Lancashire and Merseyside.

Bill Addy
Bill Addy is a Chartered Construction Manager and has been CEO of Liverpool BID Company (Business Improvement District) since March 2013, managing the 2 Liverpool BIDs, Retail and Leisure and the Commercial District. The BID districts cover 120 acres of Liverpool and are home to 1,500 businesses employing more than 70,000 people. Retail and Leisure BID is now into its 15th year of operation having been successful at a 4th renewal ballot in 2018.
Bill is currently chair of Liverpool Visitor Economy Network (LVEN), chair of The BID Foundation, and a member of Liverpool’s Beatle’s Legacy Group
Bill is Minister is also a Church of England Priest ,currently serving in Liverpool Parish Church and ministerial duties and work allow a little time to follow Everton and walk the family dog.
