Tienda Digital are creating a bespoke driver portal to help a Lancashire based parcel delivery service manage their business more effectively.
SP Transport, first contacted Tienda as they wanted to look at how to streamline their business as they were becoming too busy and their working hours were increasing at a rate which wasn’t sustainable. The company, which has delivery drivers all over the UK delivering parcels for the likes of Amazon, knew this needed to change. They approached Tienda Digital with an idea for a web application which would minimise their paperwork and to effectively monitor and record all their activities.
After sitting down with the Tienda Digital team they agreed that the first port of call for their plans was a bespoke website system which would manage their drivers, time sheets, mileage and payment schedules. What this means for SP Transport is that they will no longer have to fill out timesheets for jobs, it can all be recorded electronically, saving them both time and money! The system itself will be used by all individuals in the business, as well as partner companies. The system will save the office staff alone over 70 hours per week.
