New Role: Member Engagement Executive

We pride ourselves on excellent customer service to our members and we are creating a new, exciting post of Member Engagement Executive in order to maintain the high standards of delivery that we have become known for.

We are looking for a brilliant customer service/business development manager to join our team based in our HQ in Liverpool’s commercial district. We work hard, have fun and reward accordingly.

Salary: £25,000
Location: North West
Hours: 40 hours per week (full time and permanent subject to the initial 6-month probation period being successfully completed)
Closing Date: Monday 5th October 2020

The Role

  • Engage consistently with existing & new members
  • Facilitating member feedback & surveys
  • Updating all member accounts
  • Maintain and manage CRM System (Agile)
  • Informing members & subscribers of new product opportunities
  • Select guest lists for key events
  • Monitor DIB media coverage of members
  • Promote DIB media platforms to increase subscription rates
  • Liaise with DIB team to inform them of member requirements
  • Support the DIB ERDF Liverpool City Region project

Experience

Must have at least two year’s experience of working directly with customers in either a Customer Service Manager or Business Development Manager role.
