Best Business Moment in your life: Managing the catering for a wedding for 500 people on a private island in Dubai, so much planning and lots of logistics to consider but seeing how well the event ran is something that I’ll never forget.
What advice would you give to 18-year-old you: Follow your dreams and always remember it’s better to regret something you have done rather than something you didn’t do.

Why Downtown: One of the aspects of my job that I enjoy most is the varied events that we host and having the opportunity to meet entrepreneurs, business owners and senior executives of high growth companies.
