What are three words to describe yourself? Hardworking, energetic & Irish!

Favourite sports team? Always a red! YNWA

Favourite Book? A classic, Pride & Prejudice by Jane Austen

Favourite Podcast? Sh**ged, Married, Annoyed

Favourite Band/Artist? The Eagles. Grew up with their music & love them still! 70s rock. Thin Lizzy, The Rolling Stones, The Beatles, Fleetwood Mac, Creedence Clearwater Revival, Bruce Springsteen. More recently a love for Sam Fender, Gerry Cinnamon, Kings of Leon & Ben Howard.

What advice would you give to 18-year-old you? Everything will be ok. Let people in who deserve to be let in, let people go who don’t.

If you were allowed to have 5 people, living or dead, for a dinner party, who would they be? Don Henley, Steven Gerrard, Meryl Streep, Tommy Tiernan & Ricky Gervais

What restaurant were you most looking forward to returning to following lockdown? Maray & Six By Nico

Celebrity Crush? Daniel Craig & Tom Hardy (I can have two, right?)

Your Business Heroes are? All of the genuine & great businesses who are fighting through any way they can during these unprecedented times.

What superhero would you be? Supermammy (She’s a new character, an Irish ‘mom’ who battles on a daily basis the inquisitive yet ridiculous questions of a 5 year old, such as, ‘what are those lines on your forehead?’ whilst maintaining a relatively normal life by night fuelled by Pinot Grigio & Dairy Milk … logo and soundtrack pending)

On Wednesday, April 24th, Downtown in Business Birmingham brought together public and private sector leaders for a stimulating Birmingham Property Club dinner event at the Bank Restaurant and Bar in Birmingham. TONIC TALENT LAUNCHES DINE AND DONATE FOR BIRMINGHAM CHILDREN’S HOSPITAL

Hospitality and catering recruiters, Tonic Talent, have launched their Dine and Donate campaign for Birmingham Children’s hospital.
The campaign will see £1 added to the customers’ bills in April 2024 to raise funds for Birmingham Children’s Hospital.
Many venues in the city, such as the Michelin-starred Simpsons, have pledged their commitment to raising money in this way.
