Social impact property developer Capital&Centric have teamed up with Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) and City of Wolverhampton Council for an international architectural competition to design a diverse and creative neighbourhood at St George’s in Wolverhampton.

In true Capital&Centric style, the developers are transforming the decaying 5-acre site into a game-changing new urban quarter, packed full of homes, greenery and community hangout spots with a Grade II listed church at the centre. 

Four teams of the world’s best architects have been grafting behind the scenes to dream up plans for a new place to live, work & hang out. Now, Capital&Centric dropping a sneak peek of the designs!
