The Managing Director of Soho Estates John James is the latest high-profile name to be confirmed as a speaker at the inaugural Downtown in Business national Planning, Property & Regeneration conference which takes place on Thursday 9th September at the world famous Belfry in the West Midlands.
James, who manages a property portfolio that is valued at north of £1billion, is credited for the renewal of Soho as a twenty-first century hub of eclectic placemaking initiatives, bringing together the commercial, creative, and cultural communities.
Among other contributors to the event will be Gary Neville, Urban Splash boss Tom Bloxham, West Midlands Transport chief Laura Shoaf, and Lord Andrew Adonis.
