DIB UK Planning, Property & Regeneration Conference 2022
Downtown in Business will be hosting its annual national planning, property, and regeneration conference at the magnificent Grand Hotel, in the heart of Birmingham city centre, on Thursday 15th September 2022.
Featuring speakers from across the UK, the conference will focus on how the country’s economy is performing post-pandemic, what the key challenges and opportunities are for the property and construction sectors moving forward, and how core cities, secondary cities and major towns are faring as the government attempts to deliver its ‘Levelling Up’ agenda.
We will also hear the views of a range of regeneration, placemaking and planning experts on how City and Town centres can adapt to the changing environment, the opportunities for growth, and the threats and challenges that need to be overcome.
250 delegates from the private and public sector will be invited to participate in a day of debate and discussion on a range of key issues affecting the future of the UK property industry alongside some of the country’s leading decision-makers.
