On Wednesday 12th July, Downtown in Business hosted an exclusive roundtable lunch event at Opera Grill, Chester with the Chief Executive of Halton Borough Council, Stephen Young.
Stephen met with business leaders from both Cheshire and the Liverpool City Region to discuss developments and regeneration across the Halton Borough, how the council aims to collaborate with businesses in both areas, and the importance of private and public sector partnerships to promote growth.
