Downtown in Business is hosting over sixty events from September to the end of 2024 – including award dinners in Manchester, Birmingham, and Liverpool.
DIB chief executive and group chairman Frank McKenna said:
“We have a really ambitious programme of events right across the country for the remainder of this year.
“We will be welcoming Ministers, mayors, local authority leaders and decision makers, and successful entrepreneurs from a range of industry sectors, as we look to end the year in style.”
In Manchester, highlights include a thank you and farewell dinner for outgoing chief executive Joanne Roney, a Leaders Lunch with the new chief executive of the Greater Manchester Combined Authority, Caroline Simpson, and an audience with city council leader Cllr Bev Craig.
The next Manchester parliamentary reception is also confirmed for Wednesday 29th January 2025.
