Entec Si demonstrates commitment to consulting excellence with two new hires

Entec Si, is demonstrating its commitment to consulting excellence with the appointment of an experienced consulting director and assistant consultant.

Birmingham-based change consultancy, Entec Si, is demonstrating its commitment to consulting excellence with the appointment of an experienced consulting director and assistant consultant, in support of its long-term growth strategy.

The new hires follow the business’ move to a new consultancy-based operating model in April last year, with the aim of enhancing cross-sector service offerings and accelerating its people’s career development.

Entec Si has strengthened its operational board with the appointment of Sarah Towers as consulting director. As well as heading up the business’ local government sector, one of its key focus areas, Sarah will play an important role in shaping the business’ strategic direction. This will include working with CEO, Eman Al-Hillawi and chair, Peter Marsden to identify future growth areas and in driving operational improvements. She joins the business following 16 years at Capita Technology Solutions and Capita Public Service and brings with her extensive experience in business transformation and project and programme management.

With a strong background in the delivery of internal projects, David Walker has been appointed as an assistant consultant. His role will focus on supporting the wider Entec Si team with business analysis and project delivery for a variety of different clients.

Eman Al-Hillawi, CEO at Entec Si, commented: “These appointments mark a positive start to 2022, building on the successful implementation of our new operating model last year. The sky’s the limit for us this year and we already have plans to make more key hires over the coming months.

“I’m very much looking forward to working with Sarah and David and seeing their careers go from strength to strength on this next stage of our growth journey.”

Sarah Towers, consulting director at Entec Si, said: “With its strong track record in spearheading major change initiatives, Entec Si’s growth potential is clear to see. Throughout my career, I’ve helped businesses across many different sectors to achieve positive transformation results, so I was immediately on board with the business’ mission of ‘change for good’.”
