Avison Young has recently reshuffled its Midlands leadership team with experienced professional Tim Evans taking the position of Head of Planning following Nick Hardy’s decision to focus on other areas of the business.
Having headed up large multi-disciplinary teams and acted as lead-consultant to a string of key clients over many years, Tim will now take over managing what is one of the largest and most long-established town planning practices in the region. In addition to setting the team’s strategy, driving growth and overseeing output, Tim will continue to advise existing and new clients.
Tim’s professional practice spans the housing, higher education and logistics sectors and his current client list includes the likes of Loughborough University, Jelson Homes, Barratt David Wilson, Homes England, Defence Infrastructure Organisation and Vital Energy. For his housebuilder and Registered Provider Clients, Tim is overseeing the delivery of around 15,000 new homes across the Midlands.
