Residential property agent and football club owner Kenny Bruce MBE has been confirmed as the latest speaker for the Downtown in Business Planning, Property & Regeneration conference on Thursday 8th February 2024.

Residential property agent and football club owner Kenny Bruce MBE has been confirmed as the latest speaker for the Downtown in Business Planning, Property & Regeneration conference, which takes place on Thursday 8th February 2024, at the Lowry Hotel.

Bruce was the co-founder of Estate Agent disruptor Purple Bricks in 2012, before leaving the company seven years later. He is now involved as a senior Non-Executive Director of The Agency UK.

He took over the Northern Ireland Football Club Larne FC in 2017, and they competed in the European Champions League this season.

Among other conference speakers are Chris Oglesby, the CEO of Bruntwood SciTech, Maggie Grogan, Managing Director of West Midlands Muse, and leaders and Executives from Birmingham, Leeds, Liverpool, Manchester, Newcastle, Salford and Wolverhampton City Council’s.

Liverpool’s newest and most stylish  Irish sports bar Dicey Reillys on Wolstenholme Square has opened just in time for it’s Derby Day debut next Wednesday.
The venue will show a full schedule of sport including football, rugby, Gaelic football and hurling, golf, racing, boxing and F1.  Opening Monday-Thursday from 3pm until 11pm, Friday and Saturday from 12.00pm to 11.45pm, and Sundays from midday until 11pm.
