Lord Michael Heseltine will be joining Downtown in Business for an exclusive, invitation only forum event on 7th July.
Lord Michael Heseltine who was named as the ‘Minister for Merseyside’ back in 1981, will be reflecting on the challenges he faced and the long road to Liverpool’s renaissance which he played a major role in, forty years after the Toxteth riots.
