A starter, main and sweet course for 35. 

TO START choose from

YIN AND YANG HOT AND SOUR SOUP – Traditional hot and sour baby vegetable soup 

SPRING FESTIVAL PROSPERITY ROLL – Crisp spring rolls with new season vegetables and Chinese black vinegar 

SIU MAI – Siu mai with crispy pork and lobster foam served with black vinegar and chilli oil  

FOR MAIN (served with jasmine rice) choose from  

CHAR SIU PORK – Honey roast Middle White pork rib eye and Chinese pear salad 

LINE CAUGHT LIVERPOOL BAY SEA BASS – Pan roasted fillet, steamed greens and soy dressing 

KUNG PO CAULIFLOWER – Crisp battered cauliflower, peanut, Chinese chive, red chilli and spring onion 

FOR SWEET choose from 

CHERRY BLOSSOM – Ruby chocolate, cherry tea, apple blossom, Morello cherry
