YIN AND YANG HOT AND SOUR SOUP – Traditional hot and sour baby vegetable soup
SPRING FESTIVAL PROSPERITY ROLL – Crisp spring rolls with new season vegetables and Chinese black vinegar
SIU MAI – Siu mai with crispy pork and lobster foam served with black vinegar and chilli oil
FOR MAIN (served with jasmine rice) choose from
CHAR SIU PORK – Honey roast Middle White pork rib eye and Chinese pear salad
