Liverpool digital agency announces their charity of the year

Blaze Media are delighted to be working with Liverpool based Love, Jasmine – a charity set up by Rob and Kathy Lapsley.

With a vision to help every business owner think bigger and do better both on and offline, Blaze Media has announced their first ever Charity of the Year partner.

They’re delighted to be working with Liverpool based Love, Jasmine – a charity set up by Rob and Kathy Lapsley after their daughter, Jasmine, passed away suddenly on holiday in 2014.

The charity provides support for bereaved families who have suffered the loss of a child from 20 weeks’ gestation to adulthood.

Support offered includes counselling, support groups, coffee mornings, advocacy and complementary therapies for parents and immediate family including siblings and grandparents.

Love, Jasmine needs to raise over £100,000 every year and they receive no Government funding.

When asked why they chose the charity, MD Paul Webley, says “We’re dedicated to doing what we can to help local charities and communities and feel a sense of responsibility to step up and help where we can. We have a public CSR pledge and we are proud of our bold and ambitious plans. It’s an honour to be able to support such a great charity like Love, Jasmine and the whole team will be doing what they can over the coming 12 months.”

Blaze will be making regular donations to the charity as well as undertaking various challenges and fundraising activities and have already signed up to the charity’s Zipline challenge in Snowdonia in September.
