The Lake House in Waterloo Launches New Menu

Available now, the new menu boasts a delightful array of dishes for guests to enjoy every day.

The Lake House, Waterloo’s shoreside retreat, is excited to announce the launch of its new breakfast, brunch and all day menus. Located just a stone’s throw away from Crosby Beach, The Lake House continues to elevate the dining experience with offerings that highlight the best seasonal and local produce.

Available now, the new menu boasts a delightful array of dishes for guests to enjoy every day from 8am – 9pm. Breakfast will be served until 12pm with everything from a classic full Lake House grill to lighter, modern dishes like overnight oats and hearty Shakshuka. The new brunch menu is available from 12PM to 4PM, perfect for those looking for a midday treat.

The all-day menu, available from 12pm to 9pm, is inspired by Mediterranean cuisine, featuring classic dishes like chicken Milanese and linguine with smoked salmon and crayfish, with fresh seafood a running theme throughout as a nod to the restaurants coastal location. The menu encourages sharing and social dining, with a selection of small plates perfect for enjoying with friends and family while watching the sunset over Crosby’s Marine Lake.

“We are thrilled to launch our new menus which we hope our guests will love as much as we do.” said Managing Director of Sefton Hospitality, Josh Roberts. “Our goal has always been to showcase the incredible produce from our region while providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere and these new dishes do that perfectly. Whether you’re joining us for breakfast, brunch or an evening meal, we believe there is something special for everyone to enjoy.”

The new menus come alongside the installation of The Lake House’s band stand which will host live music every weekend, with some of the city’s best local acts taking to the stage Friday – Sunday to treat guests to acoustic performances and laid-back DJ sets.

Guests can enjoy the new breakfast, brunch and all day menus every day with full menus and reservation information available on their website here.
