The Dinner event, taking place on the 27th of June, at Stanley House Hotel and Spa in Lancashire from 5:30 to 8:30 pm, aims to bring together business leaders and professionals from various sectors across Lancashire to discuss the future of the region.

Throughout his career, Simon has played pivotal roles in various projects and initiatives aimed at fostering growth and development in the region. His leadership role as Head of the Growth Unit and Major Programme at Lancashire County Council, where he coordinates infrastructure delivery and supported growth schemes, underscores his expertise in driving impactful change.

Drawing on his many experiences, including roles in Leicestershire County Council, Simon will provide unique insights into his current vision for the future of the Lancashire region. Attendees can expect to gain valuable perspectives on promoting regeneration projects, fostering growth, and supporting different sectors within the Lancashire economy.

Simon’s academic background, including a degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Nottingham and a Masters in Public Leadership and Management from the University of Warwick Business School, further enriches his expertise in driving effective change and development strategies in the property sector and in terms of regeneration.

The Printroom enjoys new mezzanine floor creating factory expansion

The Printroom UK’s ongoing business success had meant their facility in Bootle was operating at maximum capacity and with an open plan design and lots of racking, the existing set up was no longer suitable for the business’s needs. The Printroom needed to create more space.
They came to the decision to refurbish their existing premises and create the additional space they needed by installing a mezzanine floor.
