ArCains 18+ has opened in Cains Brewery Village in the heart of the trendy Baltic Triangle. The brand new over 18’s only venue is the 4th level addition to the very popular ArCains gaming complex located on Grafton Street. ArCains, is one of Europe’s biggest gaming experiences with hundreds of retro and modern games spread over multiple floors. Pay to enter and stay as long as you like, with all games set to free play! ArCains has three huge floors of gaming, 3 bars, pool tables and shuffle-board, free wi-fi and an ArCains café. ArCains 18+ is the perfect addition to this popular venue.
ArCains 18+ is a stylish ‘barcade’ with inspiration taken from some of Tokyo’s most vibrant and popular arcades. Retaining all the gaming attraction of ArCains but introducing an elegance and luxurious feel giving the space a unique and welcoming adult dynamic. With an extensive mix of retro and next-gen consoles guests can while away the hours in the luxurious surroundings of one of the city’s most versatile gaming and leisure venues.
ArCains 18+ has something for everyone and an eclectic selection of immersive experiences. The 3.5k sq ft venue is set to open 7 days a week. Level 4 boasts 6 brand new gaming PCs and multiplayer projected console area as well as the rare Wangan Midnight Maximum Tuned 6R – believed to be the only one in the UK outside of London. The entrance fee also gives guests access to exciting virtual reality experiences including VR Agent.
An impressive row of networked Japanese rhythm units is ended by the extremely addictive Dance Rush Stardom. The area is scattered with original retro cabinets such as Street Fighter and Defender. Guests are encouraged to fully submerge themselves and ‘take off’ in either of the striking flight pods. STARWARS Battle pod or MachStorm with their giant dome screen display provides a thrilling immersive experience. Alternatively, guests can keep both feet firmly on the floor with two classic MarioKart 2 units.
The new additions are not limited to level four there has also been new machines added to existing floors in recent weeks, such as Lost Island and Mission Impossible, to name a few.
When you have finished gaming, relax and unwind in ArCains 18+ stylish cocktail bar, serving a wide range of arcade themed cocktails, beers, wines, spirits and soft drinks. If you get peckish along the way, you can refuel with a great selection of classic dishes available from the ArCains Café.

Access to ArCains and ArCains 18+ costs £25 for unlimited gaming and the venue is open from 12pm-11pm Monday-Thursday, Friday 12pm-12am, Saturday 11am-1am and Sunday 11am-10pm.
