As Chief Executive of Wigan Council and the Greater Manchester Combined Authority (GMCA) lead Chief Executive for Culture, she is dedicated to making a difference to her city region through collaboration, innovation, and technology.

Likewise, Steven has an extensive background in local government and economic development and will offer a wealth of knowledge and expertise. His role as Chief Executive at Warrington Borough Council and his involvement in various organisations, including Warrington & Co and Wire Regeneration, demonstrates his commitment to driving growth and transformation and makes him an excellent voice to speak on issues facing the region and how businesses can help to make a positive difference to their community.
