Robbie Blackhurst, Director and Founder at Compliance Chain
“At Compliance Chain, we believe our people are just as important as our customers, As a tech company, user feedback plays a critical role in shaping the products we build, though the feedback and idea generation from within our own team is equally vital. Our employees are not just contributors, they’re innovators whose insights help drive our platform forward. We actively encourage knowledge sharing, continuous improvement, and cross-team collaboration to keep our culture agile and our solutions ahead of the curve.”
“This recognition is a direct result of listening to employee feedback, nurturing a culture of empowerment, and creating a place where everyone feels valued.”
The Sunday Times Best Places to Work awards are informed by WorkL’s rigorous employee engagement survey, comprising 26 scientifically designed questions that assess organisations across six key areas: reward and recognition, pride, information sharing, empowerment, wellbeing, and job satisfaction. High scores in these categories indicate strong employee engagement, retention, and overall workplace satisfaction.
Compliance Chain gained scores of 93% and above in all areas, from recognition to wellbeing, to empowerment and job satisfaction, as well as an average engagement score of 95%, which is 17% above the industry average. They have continued to invest in initiatives that support employee growth and wellbeing, with a people-first approach that includes professional development opportunities, flexible working, mental health resources, and a vibrant, inclusive office culture.
