High-flying Pannone Corporate appointed by private jet specialist

Pannone Corporate has been appointed by AirX – the luxury private aviation specialist – in a series of new client wins for the Manchester-based law firm.

The team will provide legal support to the fast growth company, which operates one of Europe’s largest private jet fleets, employing over 600 staff. Headquartered in Malta, AirX has operations in London, with AirX Jet Support based at Stanstead Airport.

The firm has also been appointed to the legal panel of Chopstix Group – one of the largest Asian-inspired quick serve restaurants in the UK. Pannone will provide legal support to the in-house legal team at Chopstix, which operates restaurants across the UK and Ireland. In addition, the firm has been appointed to the legal panel for US-owned global manufacturing business, Quanex. The company operates more than 67 facilities worldwide, specialising in the fenestration, cabinetry, solar, refrigeration and security markets.

Crucially, these scores are based on client feedback, with the badge awarded to the top 30% of firms in each jurisdiction for their high level of customer satisfaction.

The Legal 500 recognition followed the firm scooping Regional Firm of the Year at the Chambers UK Awards earlier in 2025. The awards are based on the rigorous research of client feedback that is conducted each year for the Chambers UK Guide.
