Women in Business 2018 celebrations to continue with fiesta aftershow at Revolucion de Cuba

Downtown Liverpool in Business is happy to announce the Women in Business 2018 celebrations will continue well into the night with a fiesta-style aftershow, hosted by Revolución de Cuba.

Revolución de Cuba boasts two stunning floors of rum bar and unrivalled cantina, right on the beautiful Liverpool Albert Dock. #WIBA18 guests and Downtown in Business members will be treated to a true Latin-inspired experience with Cuban cocktails, rum specials and live music, all to celebrate Liverpool’s female business leaders.

Revolución de Cuba Manager, Greg Maguire said:

“Hosting the official afterparty for the Women in Business Awards is a fantastic opportunity for us, we specialise in turning your normal Friday into a Fiesta so expect live music, special cocktails and unbelievable food. It will certainly be the best afterparty Downtown has ever seen!”

The Downtown Liverpool in Business Women in Business Awards is a demonstration that we are not short of talented business leaders across the city region. The awards, which will be hosted on Friday 9th March at Liverpool Crowne Plaza, will recognise and reward the achievements of female business leaders and entrepreneurs.

Commenting on last year’s awards, Downtown CEO Frank McKenna said:

“Each year I’m honoured to host the Women in Business Awards and incredibly proud to be operating in a city that is succeeding in smashing the glass ceiling. Instead, Liverpool elevates women in business, and is spurring generation on generation of female role models.”
