The discussion centered around how after sixteen years as a city, should Preston now been seen as the economic driver for Lancashire?

We were joined by Deputy Leader of Preston City Council, Cllr Peter Moss; Executive Director of Growth, Environment, Transport & Community Services​ for Lancashire County Council, Stephen Young and Analyst at Centre for Cities, Rebecca McDonald.
