On Wednesday 20th March 2019, Downtown Lancashire hosted a special round-table event discussing the need for a genuine ‘hub’ in Lancashire.
The discussion centered around how after sixteen years as a city, should Preston now been seen as the economic driver for Lancashire?
We were joined by Deputy Leader of Preston City Council, Cllr Peter Moss; Executive Director of Growth, Environment, Transport & Community Services for Lancashire County Council, Stephen Young and Analyst at Centre for Cities, Rebecca McDonald.
This event was sposnored by Recycling Lives.
