Downtown in Business Liverpool hosted the seventh annual Women in Business gala lunch at Liverpool City Centre Crowne Plaza hotel on Friday 8th March to coincide with International Women’s Day.

Hosted by BBC duo Jacey Normand and Jim Hancock, the Oscars themed awards celebrated the female entrepreneurs, business owners and decision makers who have made a significant contribution to the economic growth of the Liverpool City Region.

LIVERPOOL’S NEWEST IRISH SPORTS BAR DICEY REILLYS SET FOR DERBY DAY DEBUT

Liverpool’s newest and most stylish  Irish sports bar Dicey Reillys on Wolstenholme Square has opened just in time for it’s Derby Day debut next Wednesday.
The venue will show a full schedule of sport including football, rugby, Gaelic football and hurling, golf, racing, boxing and F1.  Opening Monday-Thursday from 3pm until 11pm, Friday and Saturday from 12.00pm to 11.45pm, and Sundays from midday until 11pm.
