Downtown in Business Liverpool, recently hosted an exclusive breakfast forum in association with Wirral Waters.
This special event, which took place at the Malmaison hotel on the Liverpool Waterfront, saw Liverpool City Region Metro Mayor, Steve Rotheram present his views on housing, planning and regeneration.
