The Downtown Den podcast will return in the New Year – with season two focussing on successful female leaders from across the country.

The Leader of Manchester City Council Bev Craig, the CEO of Birmingham City Council Deborah Cadman, the chief executive of the Co-op Rose Marley, and the CEO of FC United Natalie Atkinson are among the leading women who will feature in the new series with DIB boss Frank McKenna.

Season one concluded with an interview with experienced political commentator Jim Hancock. Other guests included ex-professional footballers Trevor Steven and Phil Neville, Lord Michael Heseltine, and social media influencer Chrissie Wolfe.
