To kick start the warmer months, the five-star Lowry Hotel has announced an exclusive collaboration with Salford based gin distillery FOUR SIS4ERS, to offer a range of refreshingly good cocktails.
With gin fever hitting the nation, The Lowry Hotel has professionally devised the cocktail menu based on the FOUR SIS4ERS locally sourced Signature Gin. The blend of five different cocktail concoctions range from sweet to dry flavours, with the botanicals used in the Signature Gin being perfectly suited to be used with many cocktail combinations.
Along with an already extensive selection of cocktails on the hotel’s menu, the five gin cocktails have proved popular with guests.
FOUR SIS4ERS Gin, which is the sister company to the SEVEN BRO7HERS BREWERY, has worked alongside newly appointed assistant food and beverage manager Tiziano Tangorra, to create the different blends.
The Lowry Hotel’s assistant food and beverage manager Tiziano who has over 10 years’ experience working in prestigious bars and restaurants and joins the hotel from San Carlo, said of the new partnership: “I am thrilled to be joining the Lowry Hotel team at such an exciting time. The collaboration with FOUR SIS4ERS Gin is the start of many more to come for the River Bar and Restaurant.
“We are always experimenting with different flavours and gin is a perfect fit for the warmer months, with refreshing ingredients complimenting the spirit. The Lowry Hotel also aims to use locally sourced ingredients and this partnership is a testament to that.”
Part of the collaboration also includes a 5-star experience, with a private tour of the distillery being available upon request when booking with the concierge. The tour includes beer/gin tasting sessions and a complete tour of the SEVEN BRO7HERS BREWERY & FOUR SIS4ERS DISTILLERY. The exclusive private tour for up to 10 people, is chance for gin fanatics to discover the process of production for the much-loved spirit.
One of the FOUR SIS4ERS, Lucy McAvoy, expressed her excitement: “As a premium artisan gin producer in Salford we felt it was important to partner with high-quality outlets and of course start with our hometown.

With the FOUR SIS4ERS quickly following suit of keeping in the family after the success of the SEVEN BRO7HERS BREWERY, The Lowry Hotel marks the first of many collaborations, Lucy said: “This is the first major collaboration for us to date and the start of many more future partnerships with The Lowry Hotel, as we continue to release our range of flavoured gin’s throughout this year.”
