Celebrating its 10th anniversary this month, the Legacy Preston International Hotel, Preston, has received an early birthday present this year in the form of a shortlisting in the Lancashire Tourism Awards 2018, in the Large Hotel category.
The annual awards mark the only Lancashire county wide hospitality and tourism awards, with the added opportunity that winners from applicable categories, meeting appropriate criteria, can represent the county further at the national Visit England Awards for Excellence.
Bernadette Plumb, general manager at Legacy Preston International, said of the award shortlist: “I’m so excited for the whole team! We have worked so hard for years to get to this point and I’m humbled to have been shortlisted in this, our landmark 10th year of operation, it’s a dream come true.”
Category winners will be announced at a glittering black-tie dinner in November, with the awards ceremony the key part of the evening.
